I have a quality concern with my Skechers shoes, what can you do to help?

Please include the following information:

1. Your contact information (name, phone number, email address)

2. Copy of the Original Receipt

3. Photos of the product (top view, side view, outsole and affected/defective area)

4. The model number , which is usually indicated on the inside of shoe near the tongue or collar area


If you are inquiring about a light up shoe, please first try pressing and holding the On/Off button for 5 seconds to restart the lighting mechanism. If you still have the issue, please contact our customer service team.
