Retail Store Purchase - Exchange Policy

Customers can exchange their products at Skechers Stores as long as the Skechers Product is in a new and/or re-sellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact within 7 Days of Purchase with Original Receipt.


Skechers Exchange Policy :


  •  All items sold are strictly non-refundable
  •  Exchange of goods can only be accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase
  •  Original receipt(s) must be presented for the exchange of merchandise
  •  Merchandise must be returned at its original condition 
  • All labels to be intact and attached to the product with no damages or user marks
  •  Exchange of merchandise can only be done once
  • Exchange of merchandise can only be accepted due to manufacturers’ defects
  •  During sales period, items purchased are non-refundable or exchangeable
  •  In case of any disputes, Skechers’ decision shall be final

    Skechers reserves the right to amend the conditions of exchange without prior notice
